This week’s question:

“What’s the best thing to do at Christmas?”

Alice Leung, 16, Ho Fung College

Do you remember when your parents told you about Santa Claus? How he keeps a list of naughty and nice children? And how he would slide down the chimney and give everyone presents? But after all, we all know who the “real” Santas are, and the best thing to do this Christmas is to show them how much we appreciate what they have done for us throughout the year. We can bake the most delicious cookies and brownies for them, because everyone knows that Santa loves cookies and milk. Don’t forget to put a letter in your stocking for Santa to read; you can do a recap of the most memorable moments this year, I’m sure Santa will love it.

Balwinder Singh, 15, Delia Memorial School (Hip Wo)

The best thing to do at Christmas is to be around people you love the most – friends and family. With the people you love, you can go out during the day and take photos of the beautiful Christmas decorations. Going to Tsim Sha Tsui and Lan Kwai Fong will be the best since in those places, there are more people celebrating Christmas. Or you can prepare a meal together with your family. You can bake cookies or make a Christmas dinner. You can play some games or just talk. The most important thing is that you are with the people you care about, making memories together, and that is the BEST thing to do at Christmas.

Votes close on Tuesdays at noon.
